Samenvatting:
In one of the four test houses built on the ECN premises, a validationexperiment has been carried out, comparing real-life energy performance
of the total house with the predicted performance using a simulation
model. Compared to the traditional housing market, a clear change in
variable relevance for this energy efficient house was found. Valuable
knowledge has been gathered on the energy balance for this house and
on how to further reduce the uncertainty in experimentally obtained
variables and in prediction of energy performance by numerical modeling.
