Samenvatting:
Several energy conservation measures were taken for the title building:energy piles, low temperature heating and floor cooling, optimal daylighting
in combination with efficient lighting systems and high-efficient heat
recovery. The extra investment results in an energy efficiency coefficient
(EPC in Dutch) of 0.92. However, two air conditioners were added which caused
a rise of the EPC to 1.52. Natural ventilation and sun shades can reduce the
cooling load of the building considerably
