Samenvatting:
The Dutch SDE grant scheme provides a framework for the financial support for investment in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants. This memorandum offers technical support to the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs in the development of a structure and the parameterization of an explicit formula for the subsidization of new CHP plants over the course of a 12-year period, starting in 2010. In addition the resulting level of subsidization for 2010 is provided. The formula is based on the financial gap methodology. Underlying assumptions were laid down by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.
