Samenvatting:
Starting points, certification criteria and verification procedures for acertification system for small wind turbines are determined and discussed in
this report. The basis for the criteria is formed by the IEC standard for
small wind turbines. The verification procedures comprise an assessment of
the design and a number of tests, particularly adjusted for small wind
turbines. In a follow-up project the certification system will be tested by
means of an appropriate turbine. 7 refs.
