Samenvatting:
The title building was audited by means of a visual inspection ofbuilding quality, energy aspects, and quality and performance of appliances.
Additional information is extracted from drawings, energy bills and design
documents. Information about management aspects was obtained by interviews
with the management of the building. In general, it may be concluded that the
energy saving potential is rather high. Energy savings can be obtained in the
first place by improving the technical management, in particular the energy
management. Technical measures are required as well. Some of these do not ask
for high investments and should directly be implemented. But high cost
measures are required as well. Unless the economic situation of the involved
organisation improves, implementation of these measures is not very likely. 4
