This report is an evaluation of the 'Ninth International Course on theImplementation of Wind Energy' held from 3-15 April 2000 at the Netherlands
Energy Research Foundation (ECN) in Petten, The Netherlands. This course
was
organised by ECN in cooperation with Arrakis/RED and Bureau NETwerk.
lt was
attended by 18 participants from 14 different countries. Three participants
organized the full costs of the course from their own company or institute.
15 participants were (co)sponsored by many different Dutch institutes
and
consultancies. 4 refs.
