Within the project 'European Wind Turbine Testing Procedure Development'subtask 2: 'Blade test methods and techniques', full-scale tests were
performed on a NedWind 25 blade. This report describes the tests and their
results as carried out by ECN in the Stevin Laboratories of the Delft
