Samenvatting:
In the course of this study, new concepts for energy supply systems inresidential areas have been developed. The concepts are characterised by the
full integration of local sustainable and clean fossil energy production
within the energy supply system. In order to evaluate the concepts a
quasi-static Matlab/Simulink based analysis program ('Topics') has been
designed. Along with the development of analysis tools, many data are
collected concerning time dependent energy demand and supply patterns in the
Netherlands. The different concepts were evaluated with respect to the
sustainability of the overall energy supply
