Samenvatting:
Results from the INEL Treatment Planning system were compared withmeasurements to verify the HB11 neutron beam of the High Flux Reactor (HFR, Petten, Netherlands) in the treatment planning software. The calculations and measurements were performed with the tissue-equivalent PMMA (polymethylmetaacrylate) NKI-head phantom. The calculated thermal neutron fluence rate (#phi#th), fast neutron dose rate (Dn), and gamma dose rate (Dg) are compared with measurements. 1 fig., 3 tabs., 7 refs., 3 appendices
